Good thinking Sophie.
I think we need to target what excites our youth and find out how we can integrate coffee drinking.
For example- Lets use our young music celebreties passionately adored by the youth in advertising cappuccino, espresso, latte and others without just using the conventional word "coffee"

We can also introduce fancy phrases in the language like sheng in line with coffee dates.
